A great year for United Services.
December 16th

2011 has been a fantastic year for United Services. Despite all of the doom and gloom of the economic climate we’ve undertaken a huge company rebrand and are really proud of our new vehicles, sales collateral and website. It has been a great opportunity for us to show our customers and prospects what we stand for as a company and have launched our new branding at a number of national exhibitions throughout the year.

We have also launched our new customer newsletter, UnitedNews which will be sent to our customers on a quarterly basis. This is a fantastic way for us to communicate all of our good news stories to our customers and keep them informed of any new company developments.
 

Earlier in the year we discovered that we’d achieved the ISO 9001:2008 accreditation, the internationally recognised standard for the quality management of businesses. The ISO 9001:2008 will provide United with quality management systems that will be of real benefit, helping to manage the business effectively and putting in place best practice methodology. This accreditation not only demonstrates our commitment to a Quality Management System but also our dedication to continual improvement. ISO 9001:2008 is a culture that has been embraced by everyone within United concentrating on customer service and ongoing training.
